David Maples

I’m Dave Maples, Certified CTI and Energy Codes® Coach & Facilitator, co-founder of Driving Awareness, and an advocate for mental health, authenticity, and embodied presence.

After two decades in the corporate world, I walked away from the fear and pressure that kept me disconnected from joy and fulfillment. That journey led me to discover how many of us unknowingly live in patterns of self-suppression and stress, and how embodiment and breath can bring us back home to ourselves.

Through The Energy Codes®, I help people shift from reacting to life to creating it — using practical breath and body-based tools to reduce stress, regulate emotions, and restore natural flow.

My approach blends neuroscience, breathwork, and energetic awareness to help you experience peace as something you generate, not chase.

We’re not here to fix ourselves, we’re here to feel ourselves.
